RETURNS
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund.
- Items must be unworn and or unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized or final sale items are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and or unused and in original condition.
- Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

HOW TO PROCESS
1. Contact us at hello@patriciaviolante.com to initiate the return or exchange.
2. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
